Everstory Partners is hiring a Sales Counselor for Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens in Novi, MI. You will guide families through funeral and cemetery product choices, build a sales pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts, and manage activity in HubSpot CRM.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, consultative selling, and close collaboration with funeral home and cemetery teams, with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate during training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, including outside sales, B2C sales, or business development.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and provide consultative guidance on available products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and community members.
• Explain products, pricing, and options clearly and compassionately; guide purchasing decisions and complete sales contracts.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
