Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Westland, MI to guide families through funeral and cemetery product selections. You will build a sales pipeline via inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and proactive outreach, while managing leads and activity in HubSpot CRM.

The role emphasizes consultative, B2C sales with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus paid training during the first six weeks. Strong relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, including outside sales or B2C sales, preferred.
• CRM experience such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and offer consultative guidance on products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related products.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using inbound, referrals, and outreach.
• Manage leads and activity in HubSpot CRM and track follow-up.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required contracts.
