Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in West Virginia. You will work with individuals and families to understand their needs and guide them through funeral and cemetery product selections.

You will build a pipeline from inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach while using HubSpot to manage activities and opportunities. The role emphasizes consultative sales, relationship building, and a commitment to compassionate service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics) preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and offer solutions.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related products.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline from various sources.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-ins, and conduct follow-ups.
• Use HubSpot to track leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as needed to support families.
• Collaborate with funeral home and cemetery teams to ensure positive customer experience.
