Job summary

Everstory Partners in Wheeling, WV, is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery product choices with compassionate guidance.

You will build a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach, manage leads in HubSpot CRM, and meet sales targets through consultative, relationship-based selling. This is a full-time role with earnings potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual proficiency a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Arabic).
• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Commission-based, performance-driven environment experience helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and outreach.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and guide purchasing decisions.
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, appointments, and sales activities.
