Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Chapmanville, WV to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery selections with empathy and expertise. You will build a pipeline via inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach, while managing relationships in HubSpot CRM to maximize sales opportunities.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate or earnings, plus paid training during the first six weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic.
• One year of experience in sales or related relationship-based roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, inquiries, and walk-in opportunities; follow up throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and local community members.
• Explain products, pricing, and options clearly and compassionately; guide purchasing decisions and complete contracts.
