Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to meet with individuals and families, assess their needs, and provide consultative guidance on funeral and cemetery products and services.

The role emphasizes build­ing a sales pipeline via inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach, while managing leads and activity in HubSpot CRM and guiding customers through purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a relationship-based sales role.
• Comfortable in commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Able to prospect, generate leads, and develop new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build a pipeline through inbound/outbound leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Maintain relationships and follow up with leads and opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete contracts.
