Job summary

Everstory Partners in Chapmanville, WV is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families make informed funeral and cemetery decisions with care. You will sell pre-need and at-need services, build a pipeline from inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach, and manage activity in HubSpot CRM.

This full-time role requires a High School diploma, 1 year of sales or related experience, and a valid driver’s license. Training is paid and commissions are uncapped; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• 1 year of sales or relationship-based work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline from leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads and sales activities.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate to support families.
• Partner with funeral home, cemetery, operations and leadership teams.
