Job summary

Everstory Partners, based in Monona, WI, is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions with compassionate, consultative sales. You will develop a sales pipeline, respond to inquiries, and maintain relationships using HubSpot CRM.

The role combines B2C sales, business development, and community outreach. The position offers uncapped commissions or guaranteed minimum hourly pay, paid training for six weeks, and opportunities to engage with the local

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and provide consultative guidance on available products and services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and members of the local community.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and available options in a clear and compassionate manner.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required sales contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, customer relationships, appointments, follow-up activity, and sales opportunities throughout the sales process.
