Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and guide funeral and cemetery product options.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and memorial products.
• Build a sales pipeline through leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries; conduct follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and community members.
• Explain pricing and available options clearly and compassionately.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
