Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build a pipeline via leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries; conduct follow-up.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads and activities throughout the process.
• Attend services to support families and participate in community events.
• Partner with funeral home, cemetery, operations, and leadership teams.
