Everstory Partners in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery choices. You will sell pre-need and at-need services, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage leads in HubSpot CRM.

This role combines consultative B2C sales with community outreach, with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed hourly minimum, paid training, and a supportive team focused on compassionate guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain state licenses within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, inquiries, and walk-in opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and families.
