Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor for Sunset Memorial in Fredericksburg, VA. This relationship-focused role blends consultative sales, B2C outreach, and community engagement to guide families through funeral and cemetery choices.

You will manage leads in HubSpot, build a pipeline, and earn commissions based on sales performance, with paid training during the first six weeks and options for a guaranteed minimum hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in sales, including outside sales, B2C sales, or related roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese or Arabic.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; conduct follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, customer relationships, appointments, and opportunities.
