Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor to meet with individuals and families, understand their needs, and recommend funeral and cemetery products. You will build a pipeline, manage leads in HubSpot, and close sales with a consultative approach.

The role includes commissions, uncapped earnings, and a paid training period. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education required.
• Experience in sales, including B2C or outside sales, is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) is preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and provide consultative guidance.
• Sell funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and outreach.
• Follow up with prospects, manage opportunities in the CRM, and close contracts.
• Attend community events and partner with local teams to support families.
