Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to meet with individuals and families, understand their needs, and guide them through purchasing funeral and cemetery products and services. You will develop a robust sales pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach.

The role combines consultative B2C sales, business development, and lead management using HubSpot CRM, with earnings based on commission or guaranteed minimum hourly wage during training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics) preferred.
• Must be comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete sales contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads and sales activities.
