Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor to engage with individuals and families, assess needs, and guide them through funeral and cemetery product options. You will drive pre-need and at-need sales, build a robust pipeline through inbound and outbound activities, and nurture relationships via HubSpot CRM.

This is a commission-based, relationship-focused role with training and community engagement. You’ll join a supportive team and contribute to meaningful community service while meeting sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency a plus, Spanish/Chinese/Tagalog/Vietnamese/Arabic.
• 1 year of sales experience in B2C or relationship-based roles preferred.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, relationships, appointments, and sales opportunities.
