Everstory Partners seeks a results-driven Sales Counselor to help families choose funeral and cemetery products and services. This full-time role combines consultative sales, business development, and community outreach to build strong customer relationships and generate new business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred (B2C or relationship-based).
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Strong sales communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery products.
• Build a sales pipeline via leads, walk-ins, referrals and outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct follow-ups with prospects.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members.
• Explain products and pricing clearly and guide purchasing decisions.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
