Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions with care and confidence. You will meet with individuals to assess needs and present options, including pre-need and at-need services, cemetery property, and memorial products.

The role emphasizes consultative, B2C sales, and community outreach, with a pipeline driven by inbound leads, referrals, and proactive prospecting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Previous success with B2C or relationship-based sales preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead and activity tracking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up with prospects.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members.
• Explain products, pricing, and options clearly and compassionately.
