Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor to engage individuals and families, understand their needs, and guide them through selecting funeral and cemetery products and services. The role emphasizes consultative, B2C sales with pipeline development and CRM-driven activity.

Expect uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, paid training, and a focus on building long-term community relationships. Occasional evenings and events are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of sales or related relationship-based experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; conduct follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required documentation.
