Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to build relationships with families and guide them through funeral and cemetery product choices. You will work in a consultative, B2C sales environment, develop a robust sales pipeline, and manage activity in HubSpot CRM while earning commissions based on performance.

The role involves meeting families, presenting options, closing contracts, and participating in community outreach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bilingual or multilingual a plus.
• 1 year of sales or related relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot/Salesforce/Dynamics preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Develop pipeline via leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities.
• Guide families through purchasing decisions and document sales.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Attend services to support families.
