Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery options with compassion and clarity. The role focuses on consultative B2C sales, lead generation, and community outreach, using HubSpot CRM to manage prospects, appointments, and follow-ups.

The position offers an uncapped commission structure or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, with paid training during the first 6 weeks, and opportunities to build long-term relationships in the local community.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, including B2C or outside sales.
• Sales/lead management experience using CRM software.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and guide them to funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build a pipeline through inbound/outbound leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Maintain relationships and track activity in HubSpot CRM.
• Attend events to support families and network locally.
