Responsibilities

• Oversee resident relations and customer service to ensure positive life-cycle experiences.
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals.
• Produce monthly reports and financials in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate and oversee on-site operations including vendor relationships and compliance.
• Promote teamwork, training, and development across the property team.
