The incumbent will handle budgets, operating plans, vendor relationships, and compliance, while driving occupancy and service quality across the property.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
• Demonstrated ability to diffuse and respond to resident concerns, avoiding escalation.
• Proven effective and efficient leadership experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations and customer service throughout the life-cycle of residency.
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections and occupancy goals.
• Prepare and review monthly reports and financials with the Regional Manager.
• Oversee on-site operations including vendor relationships and compliance matters.
• Promote teamwork, integrity, and proactive problem solving.
