The role requires 5-7 years in property management, LIHTC knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will manage budgets, rent rolls, capital projects, and compliance while delivering an outstanding resident experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven effective and efficient leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations with a focus on satisfaction and well-being for residents and staff.
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site operations and vendor relationships.
• Prepare monthly reports and financials for leadership review.
• Promote a high-performing team through feedback and development.
