Job summary

Avanath Capital is seeking a Community/Property Manager to oversee a residential community with a focus on resident satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and expertise in LIHTC and budgeting.

The manager will drive leasing, budget management, and service delivery to residents while coordinating with regional leadership to maintain high standards of operation and community appeal.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of property management experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a community/property manager.
• Ability to diffuse and respond to resident concerns.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and email.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations in line with company goals and ownership requirements.
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy targets.
• Maintain 0% rent delinquency and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable laws.
• Lead resident events and retention initiatives.
