Job summary

The role requires high-level customer service, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to managing leasing and operations. On-site work with a strong emphasis on policy adherence and community standards.

Qualifications

• California Certified Resident Manager or Property Manager Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing principles.
• Minimum 2 years on-site Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager; 3 years supervisory experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and enhance property value.
• Provide high-level customer service and communicate with residents, vendors, and ownership.
• Maintain records (rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/outs) and ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise team to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to company procedures.
