Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee financial operations, rent collections, and vendor payments while maintaining systems in Yardi/OneSite. You will support leasing and marketing activities and ensure adherence to lease terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years minimum of relevant residence life or property management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: rent collection, deposits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite to record transactions and maintain data integrity.
• Review resident files for delinquencies; enforce lease terms and collect balances.
• Process invoices and vendor payments; support leasing and marketing efforts as needed.
• Provide resident satisfaction support; act as on-site supervisor in manager's absence.
