Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in managing the financial and operational aspects of the property. You will handle rent collection, invoicing, and reporting while ensuring lease enforcement and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, strong communication, and proficiency with Yardi/OneSite/Entrata. On-site supervision and collaboration with maintenance staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, process invoices, and prepare financial reports.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata).
• Review tenant accounts to enforce leases and collect delinquent balances.
• Process move-outs, security deposits, and lease terminations.
• Assist in owner communications and leasing/showings as needed.
