Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of an apartment community. You will handle rent collections, banking, and reporting, while using Yardi/OneSite/Entrata to manage financials and records.

The role requires completing invoices, reviewing leases, addressing resident inquiries, and supporting on-site operations, with potential engagement in leasing activities and owner communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects and posts rent, fees, and payments; prepares daily deposits and reconciles bank accounts.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) accurately and keeps system updated.
• Reviews tenant files and invoices; communicates with residents on balances and delinquencies.
