A typical day includes greeting members, assisting with Wi-Fi, directing to meeting rooms, coordinating events, handling printing and billing, and maintaining center cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Positive, adaptable and able to operate in a fast-changing environment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests
• Maintain and nurture the community within the center
• Set up AV equipment and help with meetings
• Process invoices and tickets in the service portal
