You will work closely with customers across various industries to create and maintain a thriving local community, handling administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth experience for members and visitors.

You’ll start early, greet arrivals, help with WiFi codes, package inquiries, meeting room directions, projector setup, and coffee, while ensuring services are correctly charged and invoices accurate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your center community for customers across industries
• Handle administrative and support tasks for customers
• Assist customers with WiFi codes, package inquiries, directions, and setup (projector, meeting rooms)
• Ensure services are charged accurately and invoices are correct
• Plan and assist with networking events and promotional posters in the center
• Provide friendly, professional service and help customers run their business
