Job summary

IWG is expanding its Greensboro center and seeking a Community Associate to help manage daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support customers across various requests, from Wi-Fi changes and package delivery to event setup and invoicing, ensuring a smooth, welcoming environment.

You will balance front-desk duties with community-building activities, organize events, and assist clients in using center resources.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience ideal.
• Able to take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-center to address requests (Wi-Fi, directions, packages).
• Prepare and charge services, invoices, and tickets in the service portal.
• Coordinate events, manage posters and notices, and support networking activities.
• Assist with printing, projection setup, and meeting room arrangements.
