Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a friendly and organized Community Associate to help manage the daily needs of our center and support customers. You will greet members, handle inquiries, coordinate services, set up equipment, and contribute to a welcoming, productive workspace.

You will work in a center environment, manage multiple requests, and help maintain a positive guest experience while supporting center operations and community events.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to take ownership of problems and find solutions
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable in fast-changing environments
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their needs and inquiries across various center services
• Help customers with setting up equipment, access codes, and directions
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service charges for customers
• Coordinate and communicate with center management to maintain a smooth daily workflow
