You’ll engage with diverse clients, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

You will collaborate with colleagues on logistics, invoicing, and center events, contributing to a productive community space and positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer requests at a single center and provide timely support.
• Assist customers with everyday needs like Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and room setup.
• Coordinate with center teams to ensure accurate charging of services and smooth operations.
