Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and via the service portal.
• Handle inquiries about packages, access, and center services; troubleshoot issues.
• Set up rooms and equipment (projector, Wi-Fi); coordinate with center staff.
• Process inquiries and ensure accurate invoicing for services used.
• Plan and assist with networking events and center communications.
