Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ownership mindset: take problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture your own community within the center, coordinating/admin tasks for customers.
• Handle day-to-day inquiries, scheduling and light technical setup for meetings (Wi‑Fi, projectors, coffee).
• Ensure services are correctly charged and invoices are accurate.
• Organize events and networking sessions to engage center members.
• Maintain tidy spaces and support center operations as needed.
