Qualifications

• Experience in HOA/condo management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HOA and condo acts is a plus.
• Proven budgeting and vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Role Overview

Community Association Manager responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Homeowners Association (HOA) and Condominium Associations within the Baltimore-Washington Metro Area.

After a brief introductory period, eligible employees may work from a hybrid schedule, balancing on‑site presence with connectivity to headquarters in Owings Mills, MD.
