Job summary

Tidewater is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee HOA and condo associations in the Baltimore-Washington area. You'll manage budgets, vendor contracts, and monthly reports while ensuring compliance and excellent service. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of HOA/Condo Acts.

Hybrid schedule available after 90 days, with on-site duties as needed. CMCA and AMS certifications are required; PCAM is a plus.

Qualifications

• HOA/Condo Act knowledge an asset
• Experience in HOA management a plus
• Strong budgeting and vendor management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, financial statements and monthly reports
• Negotiate with contractors and oversee property maintenance
• Advise Boards of Directors and respond to homeowner inquiries
• Coordinate landscaping, snow removal and repairs
• Enforce compliance with association rules and government regulations
• Lead meetings, site inspections and vendor management
• Support community amenities and event scheduling
