IWG plc in Columbus, OH is seeking a Community Associate to deliver friendly, in-person service at our Easton Way center. You’ll handle everyday inquiries, help customers with Wi‑Fi or package questions, and ensure smooth center operations to support our members.

You’ll coordinate events, maintain posters and center communications, and collaborate with a City Manager to grow the local IWG community while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to customer needs
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with inquiries and service requests in person
• Support center operations, invoicing, and center maintenance
• Plan and coordinate events and customer networking activities
