Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.

• Experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and guests throughout the day.
• Troubleshoot requests such as Wi‑Fi codes, directions, or packages.
• Set up rooms and projectors for meetings and help guests with tech needs.
• Manage service charges and invoicing for center services.
• Assist with organizing events and posting notices around the center.
• Keep common areas tidy and assist with center operations.
