IWG, a leading global workspace provider, seeks a Community Associate on-site at our Quincy center. You’ll greet customers, manage center operations, and support daily tasks to keep members productive.

Your day includes assisting with Wi-Fi, packages, meeting room directions, setting up projectors, invoicing, and helping organize local networking events.

We value a friendly, proactive communicator who can juggle multiple requests and maintain a well-run community that traders and teams rely on.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• Comfort with basic IT equipment and Office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, Wi-Fi, packages, and directions.
• Process invoices and charge services accurately.
• Coordinate networking events and center activities.
• Open tickets in the service portal for center issues.
