Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Able to own problems and provide solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily center services (WiFi, packages, directions).
• Help set up equipment (projector) and assist with coffee breaks.
• Ensure services are correctly charged on invoices.
• Coordinate with Community Manager for events and network invitations.
