Job summary

IWG plc in Bloomington, Indiana, is seeking a Community Associate to help manage a busy center and support clients. The role is on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and smooth daily operations.

You’ll greet customers, resolve inquiries about Wi‑Fi, packages, and directions, set up projectors, handle invoicing, coordinate events, and keep the center tidy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT tools
• Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• Legally able to work in the United States and 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage inquiries about services (Wi‑Fi, packages, directions)
• Set up equipment (projector) and assist with room bookings and events
• Process invoices and ensure accurate charging for services
• Coordinate center operations and support networking events
• Maintain tidy, organized common areas and assist with mail and notices
