Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate to work on-site at our Marietta center. You will greet and assist customers, handle routine queries, and ensure smooth daily operations to support members’ businesses.

You’ll manage tasks across reservations, AV setup, invoicing, and center events, contributing to a welcoming, productive environment. A client-focused, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests at the center.
• Set up equipment and help with projectors and meeting room needs.
• Process invoices and charges for services and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with the City Manager for events and center activities.
