Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help create and maintain a community within the center so customers can focus on their business.
• Assist customers with day-to-day requests (Wi‑Fi, directions, meeting room setup, etc.).
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with the City Manager for events and notices.
