Job summary
The Job Center Staffing is hiring a high-performance Outside B2B Sales Hunter to drive net-new client acquisition in the Columbus market. This is a true field-based, revenue-producing role. It is not inside sales.
It is not account management. This is for a producer who thrives on prospecting, building pipeline from scratch, and closing new business. You will focus on expanding market share across light industrial and workforce solutions, supported by a strong recruiting and operations team
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (staffing/recruiting/B2B services preferred).
- Proven ability to generate new business through cold calling, outreach, and prospecting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently for long periods.
