You will coach and empower team members, enforce safety and quality standards, and align staff with the company’s WOW operating principles.

This onsite leadership role requires 2+ years in a supervisory collision environment, CCC1/Mitchell estimating experience, and a strong track record

Competenze

• 2+ years leadership experience in collision repair or similar role.
• 2+ years CCC1 / Mitchell Collision Estimating experience.
• 4+ years customer service excellence.
