Gerber Collision & Glass in Jarrell, TX is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead the collision center and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will manage daily operations, budgets, scheduling, and safety while coaching a diverse team to meet KPIs and insurance metrics.

The role requires post-secondary education and proven leadership in a collision repair environment, with experience in DRP estimating, CCC1/Mitchell systems, and AR/AP processes.

Competenze

• 2+ yrs collision DRP estimating experience.
• 2+ yrs CCC1 / Mitchell experience preferred.
• 2+ yrs AR/AP experience preferred.
• 4+ yrs customer service excellence required.
