Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass - Spring, TX invites a results-driven General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our collision center and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive budgets, forecasts, and KPI performance while mentoring a diverse team.

This role requires proven leadership in collision repair and a focus on safety and quality. The position emphasizes coaching, staff development, and adherence to standards to ensure seamless repair processes and strong CSI results.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the collision center to meet KPI and insurance metrics.
• Develop and manage annual operating budget and forecast sales and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and maintain proper financial records.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance; enforce dress code.
• Lead staff meetings and provide training and coaching to team.
