Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center’s daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive KPI achievement, coach team members, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, training, and performance reviews while fostering a culture of professionalism and outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Mansioni

• Ensure WOW plan execution across daily operations.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead staff training and ensure safety gear and dress code compliance.
• Open/close facility daily and coordinate daily production meetings.
