Gerber Collision & Glass in Houston is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center operations, coach a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while meeting KPI and insurance metrics.

The role requires 2+ years leadership in collision repair, DRP estimating experience (CCC1, Mitchell), and strong financial oversight including budgets and A/P/A/R. Compensation includes bonus opportunities.

Competenze

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• 2+ yrs experience with DRP estimating in collision repair.
• 2+ yrs+ experience with accounts receivable/payable.

Mansioni

• Ensure WOW plan is executed across the center.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Manage A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate health & safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training sessions and manager meetings.
